Referral Program Terms and Conditions:

By participating in the referral program, Referrers agree to these Terms and Conditions outlined below. Inc Authority reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referred Individual who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

Eligibility:
The referral program is open to existing clients of Inc Authority (“Referrers”) who are legal residents of the country where the program is offered. Employees of Inc Authority and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate:
Referrers can participate in the referral program by referring friends or family members (“Referred Individuals”) to Inc Authority using their unique referral link or code. Referrers can find their unique referral link by registering at https://incauthority.referralcandy.com/.

Referral Reward:
For each Referred Individual who successfully forms a business through Inc Authority, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a $50 Amazon gift card. The gift card will be sent to the Referrer within 60 days of the Referred Individual’s business formation being completed and confirmed by Inc Authority. Gift cards will typically be sent at the end of the month.

Program Modifications and Termination:
Inc Authority reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time and without notice.

Referred Individual Requirements:
To be eligible for the referral reward, Referred Individuals must:
a. Be a new customer to Inc Authority, meaning they have not previously formed a business through Inc Authority.
b. Use the unique referral link or code provided by the Referrer during the business formation process.
c. Successfully complete the business formation process with Inc Authority, including payment of applicable fees.

Verification Process
a. Inc Authority will review each referral made through the registration and fulfillment team to ensure that all new entities being created are legitimate and processed correctly through the state.
b. Before any referral rewards can be issued, the referred business formation must be completed and confirmed by Inc Authority.
c. The verification process may include but is not limited to confirming the accuracy of the referred information, conducting internal checks, and complying with applicable state regulations.
d. Referrers understand and acknowledge that the verification process may take some time, and Inc Authority reserves the right to delay the issuance of referral rewards until the verification process is completed.

Limitations:
a. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make.
b. Referrers cannot refer themselves or their own businesses.
c. Referrers cannot use spam or unethical methods to refer individuals to Inc Authority. Any such behavior will result in immediate disqualification from the referral program.
d. Referral rewards are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.

Notification and Delivery:
Inc Authority will notify Referrers via email or other contact details provided by the Referrer. The $50 Amazon gift card will be delivered electronically to the Referrer’s email address or via another agreed-upon method.

Grant of Marketing Rights:
a. By participating in the referral program, Referrers grant Inc Authority the right to use their name, business name, and logo (if provided) in marketing, sales, and promotional materials.
b. Referrers also grant Inc Authority the right to showcase their business as a success story and feature it on Inc Authority’s website, social media channels, and other marketing platforms.

Tax Liability:
Referrers are solely responsible for any tax liability or obligations associated with the referral rewards received.

Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Nevada.

Disputes:
Any disputes arising from or related to the referral program shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Nevada.
